We've received your email and when one of our Head Coaches (Harry or Conor) finds time to leave the mats, they'll be in touch. This typically takes between 5 minutes and 24 hours.

We'll arrange a date for you to call in, see the facilities, have a chat and take part in your first class.

To save time, please complete either of the below medical waivers.

Please use the Adult - Medical Waiver if you're aged 16+ / Junior - Medical Waiver if you're completing on behalf of a child aged 3 - 15.
