Talos Grappling is a Martial Arts academy located in Dunmurry/West Belfast, specialising in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Submission Grappling.
The club is owned and operated by head coaches Harry Lewis & Conor Toland and affiliated under First Degree Black Belt Peter Mamaev of Jungle BJJ Ireland
Our Culture
We pride ourselves on our welcoming training environment. Everyone's training goals are different - some may wish to compete at international level, others may be bored of the gym and just want to shed some weight.
Whatever your goals, our coaches and your teammates will be on hand to help. Plus you'll have the best craic out of any gym in Belfast - guaranteed.
Our Location
We're located on Stewartstown Road in Dairy Farm Shopping Centre.
We're just a 5 minute drive from the M1 junction at Blacks Road so we are ideally situated for residents of Belfast, Dunmurry and Lisburn who are interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Our Facilities
We have male and female toilets, showers and changing room facilities which are kept in immaculate condition.
This makes attending morning classes even handier for our members who can get showered and changed and leave straight for work to Belfast along the M1 or along Stewartstown Road towards Lisburn.

No cutting corners - we have invested in state of the art FUJI mats which are ideal for BJJ, Wrestling, and no-gi grappling.
Made with the highest quality non-slip surface, FUJI mats keep our athletes safe by reducing mat burns and making cleaning even easier.
Free Parking
No need to go hoking around your car's ash tray for coins for the meter.
We have dozens of parking spaces available within our retail park which is manned by security personnel.
